3. Trainee Materials & Graduate Starter Kits ($6,500): Workshop raw supplies and micro-enterprise starter toolkits for graduates.

4. Operational Facilitation & Rent Relief ($5,500): Temporary space rent, utilities, and stipends for volunteer trainers.

5. Office & Digital Infrastructure ($4,500): 3 refurbished laptops, 1 digital projector with screen, and secure filing furniture.

6. Outright Land Purchase & Initial Build ($11,500): Land acquisition in Mparo and Phase 1 classroom/workshop foundation buildout.
